This is the page where adults can come out to play, to relive the days of their youth when the world was a mystery and their imaginations ran wild.
All of us need to let our hair done now and again, but this must be done responsibly so as not to do ourselves harm. Skydiving is gauranteed to give you a thrill, as is sailboarding, bungy jumping and swimming with sharks. But these are not the usual activities that one can do at the end of each working day.
To drain away all of the stress taken onboard during the day, a far safer release is to let your mind unwind by allowing it to explore new ways of thinking. This can be easily done without causing you any bodily harm. Since the time when our ancestors lived in caves and travelled in groups seeking out food and water to keep themselves alive. There was one activity that they indulged in at the end of each day, as they sat around the campfire.
They did not have television, computer games, ipods, dvds, mobile phones or the radio. No all they had was each other, so what did they do to entertain themselves?
Come on think, I know you are tired but you must at least try. I am not going to prompt you, it must be all your own work.
For those of you who may have forgotten what the question was already, here it is again.
What did our ancestors do to entertain themselves around the campfire?
What was that you said, oh I can hardly believe it. You have restored my faith in the human race to overcome adversity.
Yes, our ancestors told each other stories about what they did, what they saw and how they viewed their world. Now some of them were not good at getting things done during the day so they made up stories. Over time these gave birth to legends that some considered were real events that took place.
So this is my challenge to you, kick off your shoes, loosen your mind and spoil youself by digesting some wacky tales.
They will make you feel good, chase the blues away, and will not break your wallet. What they will do is loosen up your imagination, get it doing things it has never attempted before. So what are you waiting for now is the time to beat your chest, tap your feet and yodel.
Now jump into the monitor to explore the whacky world of Bizzare Tales.
Enter at your peril
